File formats
- Microsoft Word (.docx) — preferred. Enables full use of tracked changes and comments.
- PDF — accepted when Word files are not available. Corrections are provided as annotated comments or a separate list of edits.
- LaTeX (.tex) — accepted. Language edits are returned using comments or marked-up source files, depending on project requirements.
